University studies in business administration at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) in Aix-la-Chapelle and at the University of Cologne with a special focus on auditing and accounting as well as on controlling and on information technology.

Relevant professional experience in national and international auditing and tax advice in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich.

Appointments as tax advisor in 1994 and public auditor in 1997 in Germany and as certified public accountant in 2007 in Illinois/USA and as certified tax advisor for international taxation in 2012 by the Chamber of Tax Advisors in Munich.

Formation of an own private practice for audit and tax advice with a national and international scope in Munich in 2009.

German public auditors and tax advisors in Munich, Düsseldorf as well as Chartered Accountants in London and Certified Public Accountants in New York and Erie belong to my network. Furthermore, I work together with lawyers in Munich and Berlin as well as with experts in EU funding in Munich and Paris.
